This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why we do so and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Which data we process and how we obtain it
We only process data that you provide yourself or that is needed for the website to work:
- Contact details you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, the organisation you work for and the content of your message.
- Details you enter when booking a demo through Microsoft Bookings: name, email, organisation and the chosen date and time.
- Technical browsing data that the server logs automatically for security reasons: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date and time of access.
We do not ask for special categories of data and we do not knowingly process data of children under 14.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To answer the enquiries and requests you send us and to organise the demos you book. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To manage the commercial and contractual relationship with the organisations we work with. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To send you information about our services, only if you have asked for it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and to comply with our legal obligations. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as the relationship that justifies it lasts. Enquiries that do not lead to any further relationship are deleted one year after the last communication. Once the relationship ends, we may keep the data blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities that may arise, after which we delete it.
Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.
Who we share your data with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The providers that supply our technology services do have access to it, as data processors under contract:
- Microsoft (email, calendar and demo booking through Microsoft Bookings), with servers in the European Union.
- The hosting provider of this website, with servers in the European Union.
If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know which of your data we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: to object to the processing on grounds relating to your situation.
- Restriction: to ask us to restrict the processing in the cases provided for by law.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- To withdraw any consent you have given us, without affecting previous processing.
To exercise them, write to hola@videoatencion.com or to the postal address above, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a document that allows us to identify you. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which cannot identify you and which you can delete from your browser settings.
Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not set cookies until you play a video, and then does so in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Links to external services such as Microsoft Bookings, WhatsApp or YouTube take you to sites with their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read.
How we protect your data
We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to keep your data secure and to prevent its loss, alteration or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
