QR document upload

Submit documents, with no paper or email.

During an in-person or video-call appointment, the person only has to scan a QR code and select the file. The officer receives it instantly.

  • One QR code per officer.

Each officer has a fixed, personal code that opens a simple page for uploading documents. The files go straight to their folder, where they can be reviewed, downloaded and deleted once the appointment is over.

  • Faster, at the counter too.

It is part of the video-call service, but it also replaces photocopies, printouts and emails with attachments at the desk.

  1. 1 Scan The person scans the officer's QR code.
  2. 2 Selection They choose the files on their phone.
  3. 3 Receipt They arrive instantly in the officer's folder.
